Ribbons of Achievement, or “ribbons” as the students call them, is a way to mark the students progress on their instrument.  Students will earn a different colored ribbon for every section in their lesson book they successfully complete.  They can attach the ribbons to their instrument cases or their instrument if they are able to.

 

A white ribbon is earned once the student successfully completes #1-13 in their lesson book.  A yellow ribbon is earned when they successfully complete #13-27.  This continues with orange, green, red, blue, brown, black, etc.
